2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this petition and seeks permission to withdraw this petition at this stage. The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2025. It is submitted that the trial is not likely to be concluded in near future.

3. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the trial is going on in which out of 16 charge-sheeted witnesses, 8 witnesses have been examined by the prosecution and it is likely to be concluded within 8 months.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

6. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this case stands dismissed as not pressed.

7. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the disposal of the trial.

8. The petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail application, if required, after eight months from the date of passing of this order.
