He filed an Appeal No.01/2011 against final assessment order passed under Section 126(2) of the Electricity Act by the respondent No.5. The appeal filed by the petitioner was allowed and the respondent Power Holding Company was directed to issue revised bill since March, 2009 taking sanctioned load as 3 H.P. On the other hand, the respondent Power Holding Company filed C.W.J.C. No.25624 of 20134 challenging the order of the Appellate Authority-cum-Electrical Executive Engineer, Electrical Works Division, Bhagalpur in Appeal No.01/2011. The prayer made in the instant writ application for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.13231 of 2013 (6) dt.30-11-2015 implementation of the Appellate Order dated 21.5.2012 passed in Appeal No.01/2011 would be subject to the result of C.W.J.C. No.25624 of 2013.
