Petitioner seeks bail in Nalanda P.S. Case No.85 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 366-A Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report.

In the written report, it is alleged that daughter of the informant has been kidnapped by unknown person in conspiracy with Renu Kumari.

The victim on her recovery has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., which is annexed as Annexure-2, wherein, she has taken name of this petitioner. In the statement, she has stated that she was brought by one Manoj Manjhi and this

In this manner, from the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., this Court does not find any allegation of specific overt act against the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No.85 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
