JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 19-04-2023 In this case the bail application of the petitioners were allowed vide Cr. Misc. No. 23142 of 2022 on 16.01.2023. However, now Cr. Misc. No. 26158 of 2023 has been filed stating that so far as petitioner no. 1 Janki Devi is concerned, a Medical Report has been provide to show that she was ill and as such, they could not surrender within the time frame. He further submits that for the inconvenience caused, on their own, would like to deposit Rs. 2,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

Considering the aforesaid fact the Cr. Misc. No. 26158 of 2023 is allowed and the time for surrender is extended by further four weeks from today subject to payment of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26158 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 2,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee. Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed to the above extent.
