The petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2016 in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No.196 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant as well as learned counsel for the State, it appears that other than suspicion on account of the reason aforementioned, there is no further cogent material in the case diary.

In view of such facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has not having any other criminal history, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Vth Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016.
