The petitioner seeks regular bail in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 89/2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 181/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that one knife and mobiles were recovered from the possession of petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2018. Other co-accused have been granted bail by different benches of this court vide order dated 19.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50609/2018 and dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52989/2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70987 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge Ist, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 89/2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 181/2018.
