In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 169 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 47A, 57 and 54 of the New Bihar Excise Act.

As per allegation, the present petitioner was driving Yamaha motorcycle and another person was sitting behind him. The police intercepted them and recovered English wine.
