====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 26-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 120 of 2021 lodged under Sections 25 (1B)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, the recovery of one country made Katta, four live cartridges alongwith Redmi mobile phone and Rs.550/- is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2021 i.e. about more than one year in the present case where offence under Arms Act has been lodged and charge sheet has already been filed in this case. No.22361 of 2022(2) dt.26-07-2022 2/3 petitioner submits that it is true that there are in total 7 cases against the petitioner out of which in 6 cases, he is on bail and in 1 case his bail application is pending before this Court. Petitioner is ready to co-operate in trial and also ready to abide by any conditions which shall be imposed by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that one coaccused namely Sintu Singh has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.12.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 47897 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made as well as the period of custody, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 120 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. and also one of the bailor shall be the close relative of the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to co-operate in trial and shall properly represent himself on each and every date fixed by

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
