The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 197 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.08.2018. He further submits that he has been accused in connection with theft of 40-42 mobiles.
Considering the fact that petitioner has remain in custody for more than five months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
