The petitioner seeks regular bail in Madhepura (Ghailarh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 527/2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that one country made pistol and three live cartridges was recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
