JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have caught with an Idol of lord Budha and, allegedly, he disclosed that he was going to sell the aforesaid idol after giving the colour of gold. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is nothing in the first information report to show that the seized idol was stolen property and similarly, no one has come to say that petitioner has cheated him.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj
