3. As per the office note dated 28.08.2024, the petitioner chose not to abide by the order dated 20.06.2024.

4. Today on call, no one is even appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

5. The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the Supervision Note contained in Memo no. 118 dated 14.01.2020 (Annexure-3) issued by respondent no.6 in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 476 of 2019 under section 34, 365, 386 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

6. It seems the petitioner has lost interest in the case.
