Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Jamui PS Case No. 377/2018 for the alleged offence under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application for anticipatory bail in order to approach the court below for grant of regular bail.
