Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.18 of 2023, dated 11.01.2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 420 of the IPC and section 4 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.
Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21535 of 2023(3) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application, considering that the petitioner is a student and has no criminal antecedent.
