The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of appropriate writ or writs, order or orders and direction or directions to the respondents- authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Community Coordinator in Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society under the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Mission, Bihar.

Petitioner got 48.8% marks in Internship Examination the post are 3500 of Community

Patna High Court CWJC No.22452 of 2014(2) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 Coordinator. No cut of marks are cleared by the appointment committee. Pick and choose policy be adopted by selection committee for appointment of Community Coordinator. No reservation policy be adopted and no roster point be followed by the respondents for appointment of Community Coordinator."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous with the efflux of time, hence, the same be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
