JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that some dispute arose between the parties and petitioner no. 1 assaulted the son of the informant with knife. Petitioner no. 2 was also an associate in the incident. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injury on the person of the informant's son is simple in nature and the parties have entered into a compromise. Learned counsel for the informant accepts the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43876 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 factum of compromise.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender of the petitioners in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Divya Prakash, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 120 of 2015 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Both the bailors should be the family members of the petitioners.
