This court had directed the concerned Sessions Court to conclude the trial of the petitioner within six months from the date of framing of the charge and the report of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Begusarai goes to show that charge was framed on 28-10-2016. The aforesaid fact goes to show that before expiry of period of six months, the petitioner has preferred this petition which is pre-mature and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. Case No. 247 of 2014 is, again rejected.
