Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Fenhara P.S. Case No. 14 of 2013 for the offence under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that petitioner and informant are the co-villagers. He further submits that the case was registered against unknown. There is land dispute between the petitioner and the informant.

Considering the aforesaid, the court is inclined to grant bail, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71107 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in connection with Fenhara P.S. Case No. 14 of 2013 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
