Petitioner is an accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 368/2019 arising out of Ghosi P.S. Case No. 231 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that although the allegation of firing against the petitioner but postmortem report does not reveal any gun shot injury. It is further submitted all the witnesses have been declared hostile during the course of trial. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
