The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 14.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.70976 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the order dated 14.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.70976 of 2022, petitioner was granted anticipatory bail as he was ready to pay Rs.8000 per month to the informant. It is submitted that the petitioner has no permanent monthly income and he is not able to pay Rs.8000 per month to the informant. He further submits that petitioner is now agreed to pay Rs.4000 per month to the informant.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to pay Rs.8000 per month for preceding four months i.e. Rs.32,000/- to the informant and thereafter, he will pay Rs.4000/- per month to the informant.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 14.03.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above and this modification application is allowed.
