JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 19-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP.

Petitioner along with Rohit Kumar was apprehended during course of transportation of foreign wine of Indian origin through an Alto Car. It was further detected that 120 bottles of Royal Stag each containing 375 ML, 72 bottles of Imperial Blue each containing 375 ML were found during search of vehicle. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 28.09.2016 having no criminal antecedent so disclosed under para3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Md. Mister is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura PS Case No. 618/2016.
