Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant who is father of the victim has alleged that 5 years before he married his daughter with Bunty Kumar Singh and thereafter she was being subjected to torture for non fulfillment of demand of dowry and on 24.03.2021 he came to know that his daughter was killed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion. Petitioner has got no concern with the family affairs of the Bunty Kumar Singh. Petitioner has got no criminal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22345 of 2022(2) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 antecedent and is in custody since 27.12.2021. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 93 of 2021, with following conditions:-
(1) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below.
(2) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation / trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (S. Kumar, J) ranjan/- U
