Patna High Court CR. WJC No.804 of 2025(2) dt.18-09-2025 2/3 "I. For commanding and directing the Respondents 1st set to ensure execution of processes issued in this case viz summons, bailable warrant of arrest, non-bailable warrant of arrest, and also proclamation U/s 82 of the Cr.P.C. against the respondents 2nd set, and leading to that further ensure presence of respondents 2nd set in this case, before the Trial Court for facing the instant criminal prosecution initiated by order dated 27.4.11, by Ld. J.M. Ist Class, Patna, in Complaint Case No. 1402(C)/2010, whereby and whereunder Ld. Court below has taken cognizance for the offence U/s 420 of the IPC, against the respondents 2nd set.
II. For any other relief for which petitioner is found entitled on the facts of this case and also in the eye of law."
2. Bare perusal of the reliefs show the petitioner has approached this Court for execution of the orders of the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class. This Court is not the executing court for the learned Judicial Magistrate. The petitioner may move appropriate application including contempt application before the learned trial court for redressal of his grievance. The learned trial court will consider the application and dispose it of in accordance with law.
