The application is for grant of bail in connection with N.H. Bagra (Samastipur) P.S. case no. 66 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 379, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that it is alleged against petitioner that he has stolen the motorcycle but actually he is watching the motorcycle for purchase. It is further submitted that he remained in custody for about six months having clean antecedent.

Having heard both sides. In view of the fact that petitioner has clean antecedent and remained in custody for about six months, the bail application of petitioner is allowed and he is
