Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 388 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 399, 402, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 12517of 2020 on 02.03.2020. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.11.2019.
