Learned counsel for the petitioners are permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mairwa P.S. Case No. 98 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The only allegation against these petitioners is that they have participated in the cremation of the deceased and as per the prosecution case, offence under Section 201 can be made out against the petitioners. There is no allegation in the F.I.R. to connect these petitioners with the death of the deceased.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 98 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
