1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present quashing application has been filed seeking quashing of the order taking cognizance.

3. On query of the Court, with regard to the stage of the case presently, the learned counsel submits that the charges have been framed.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that since charges have been framed, that signifies commencement of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9327 of 2017(2) dt.20-09-2023 2/2 trial, as such, the Court, at this stage, should refrain from interfering with the order of cognizance.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned A.P.P. for the State, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.

6. Accordingly, the present quashing application stands rejected.
