The petitioner seeks bail in Puraini P.S. case No. 17 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Co-accused Amit Ray is said to have confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of petitioner. On such, the petitioner was apprehended on 27.08.2018 but till date the petitioner has not been put in T.I. parade.

Considering the facts that save and except confession of the co-accused there appears no tangible material against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73632 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the lime amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Shiv Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. case No. 17 of 2016.
