2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Korma P.S. Case No.15 of 2024, lodged on 23.01.2024, under Sections 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against the present petitioner. Recovery of one country made gun and three live cartridges have been the subject matter of the present case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2024 and is accused in one more criminal case. Counsel further submits that the petitioner is basically victim of the present case. For the same occurrence

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Upon the specific query of the Court that whether charges have been framed or not. Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his knowledge charges have not been framed.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner, above named, be granted bail only after framing of the charge, if not framed, as well as on being satisfied that the petitioner is not absconding in Korma P.S. Case No.13 of 2024, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sheikhpura, in connection with Korma P.S. Case No.15 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Mkr./Ankit U T
