JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 The petitioner seeks review of the order dated 22.02.2019 passed in CWJC No. 3419 of 2019 on the premise that at the time of passing of the aforesaid order dated 22.02.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner was under a misconception as to whether the school in question is an unaided/aided school or a government school. However, after disposal of the said writ petition, it has transpired that the school in question is a government school and was taken over by the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.109 of 2019(3) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 government in the year 1980. Thus, it is submitted that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his grievances.

Accordingly, the order dated 22.02.2019 passed in CWJC No. 3419 of 2019 is modified and the petitioner is granted liberty to move the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna instead of Bihar Aided Educational Institution Tribunal, Patna for redressal of his grievances. It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna by filing a representation within a period of four weeks from today, the same would be considered and disposed off by a reasoned, just and legal order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The review petition stands disposed off.
