Heard counsel for the complainant opposite party no.2. The allegation in sum and substance levelled by the complainant vide Complaint Case No. 154 of 2015 registered under section 467,468,471,420 and 120-B IPC is that her step son illegally and arbitrarily sold her property in which several persons signed as witness including the petitioner who is the wife of his step son. The executor of the sale deed is the son and not the petitioner who is a lady. The dominion over the family of a male that too the husband is a matter of common knowledge. Considering the facts, and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44171 of 2015 (2) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction CJM, Nawada in Complaint Case No. 154 of 2015 on condition that one of the bailors shall be her own/close family member. In the event of framing of charge, she shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in doing so on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall have liberty to cancel her bail bonds.
