The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 34, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave dagger blow in the stomach of the deceased which led to his death and the witnesses who attracted on cry of the informant have claimed to have seen the petitioner fleeing away from the place of occurrence.

Considering the nature of allegation and that there is specific allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
