2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 18(A) of 2013 (arising out of Pawana P.S. Case No. 48 of 2013) for the offences alleged under Section 8(c), 20(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act which was earlier rejected by order dated 04.09.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 16205 of 2014.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is unable to take a different view in the matter. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
