The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.1501c of 2015(Cr. Comp.(P)/1456 of 2015) registered under Section 498A, 379, 354A, 354, 313, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the complainant. Petitioner is ready to keep his wife.

Taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with all honour and dignity, let the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, on

No.22622 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 such, learned court below shall enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail for four months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No.1501c of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Thereafter, the learned court below shall take all efforts to resolve the disputes between husband and wife. If the petitioner keeps his wife with all honour and dignity, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed and if the petitioner does not keep his wife properly, the court below shall pass order in accordance with law immediately after lapse of four months.
