2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 550 of 2024 lodged on 28.12.2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, recovery of two country made pistols have been made from co-accused Dilip Kumar and the petitioner was driving the vehicle and his name has also been taken along with the co-accused Dilip Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be apparent from the First Information Report itself that the recovery of the fire arm has been made from co-accused Dilip Kumar who has already been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 01.05.2025 passed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22780 of 2025(3) dt.27-05-2025 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No.25151 of 2025. The allegation against the petitioner is that of only aiding the said Dilip Kumar by driving the motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2024 with no criminal antecedent. The charge-sheet has now been submitted.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the present facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Danapur in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 550 of 2024, subject to the further condition that:- (i) The petitioner would co-operate in the trial by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial court on each and every date fixed by the trial court and non compliance of the said condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
