The petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 475/2016 registered under Sections 454, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case for theft in his house against unknown and alleged that ornaments, household artices and five mobiles were stolen. During the course of investigation, two Micromax mobiles were recovered from the shop of the petitioner. It is submitted that one Sarfaraz handed over those Micromax mobiles to the petitioner for repairing and selling. The petitioner was apprehended by the police after recovery of Micromax mobiles and he is said to have confessed his guilt. The petitioner disclosed the same fact before the police. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedents he is in jail since 21.07.2016.
