Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is admitted land dispute between the parties. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Rajkumar Yadav. Injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has got no criminal history.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8660 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
