2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 321 of 2023 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation of assault is against other family members of the petitioner and not against the petitioner. The petitioner and one Piyush Kumar are alleged to be dragging the victim for taking her in their house.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event

No.27497 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, J.M. 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 321 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
