2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 12 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the prosecution case and stated that she left the house to solemnize marriage with this petitioner and no one has kidnapped her. She has further stated that she wants to live with this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge VII-cum-Special Judge POCSO, Bettiah, District - West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
