The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 338, 353,435 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act According to the prosecution case a dead body was recovered from a ditch which led to public protest and one Ran Vijay Kumar disclosed that the said dead body is of his brother namely Rohit Kumar @ Bambam. The dead body was carried to the road by the public and on account of which one firing was made by the mob but injury was not caused to any one.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43757 of 2015 (2) dt.13-10-2015 2/2 two persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the order dated 19.01.2015 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 30143 of 2014. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Kumari Khyati Singh, J.M.Ist Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 50 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) M.Rahman/- U T
