Petitioner being married Nanad of the deceased apprehends her arrest in connection with Belaganj P. S. case no. 88/2014 registered under sections 498A, 302, 201/34 of the IPC.
From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the Investigating officer could not succeed to collect any concrete evidence to show the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime.
Considering the status of the petitioner in her parental family, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51827 of 2014 (2) dt.06-01-2015 court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Belaganj P.
