Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 180 of 2016 arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 282 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 120(B)34 of the I.P.C. The informant is not an eyewitness of the occurrence. The F.I.R. was lodged after the dead body of the son of the informant was recovered. The allegation is that the petitioner and others have committed murder for land dispute. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no eye witness and only suspicion is there for land dispute. Petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2015.
