ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of acquittal dated 23.9.2003 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, in Sessions Trial No. 372 of 1990/3 of 2003 arising out of Obra P.S. Case No. 37 of 1990, G.R. No. 783 of 1990. Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any merit in the application.

The application stands dismissed.
