08.10.2015 This case has come up under the heading "To be Mentioned" at the instance of the Petitioner. Due to inadvertence in the order dated 30.09.2015 the name of victim has been mentioned as "Anjani Kumari" whereas it should have been "Abhilasha Kumari". The order is modified to the extent that the name of the victim be read as "Abhilasha Kumari" in place of "Anjani Kumari".
