ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case no. 327 of 2012 registered under Sections 363 and 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Araria.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that victim minor girl named petitioner no.1 in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and that petitioner no.2 is also named in the FIR alleging that they have kidnapped the minor girl, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
