ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-07-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 09.02.2004 passed by the 7th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in Criminal Appeal No. 79/1996/1/2000, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 11.10.1996 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in Tr. No. 470 of 1996, by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Section 394 IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for three years. Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any merit in the application. However, in view of the period of custody and

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.219 of 2004 dt.06-07-2015 the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands dismissed.
