This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

According to first information report, the petitioner fired causing injury to Jitendra Paswan, the driver of the tractor. Jitendra Paswan has filed affidavit that the petitioner is known to him and he has not fired at him rather some other unknown person fired at him.

Submission of the petitioner is that due to rivalry for contract of work, the informant has falsely named this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, or successor Court.
