Petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 588 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411, 414, 419, 420 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on seeing the police party total three persons on two motorcycles started running away. The police apprehended them. This petitioner was driving one of the motorcycle while two other accused, namely, Rohit Kumar and Pankaj Kumar were found sitting on another motorcycle.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that nobody has come to claim the aforesaid motorcycles till date. The petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70952 of 2018(3) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 Petitioner is said to be in custody since 31.08.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 588 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
