The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence.
