JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-01-2021 Having regard to the material available on record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is rejected. However, the Court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

In the event, the trial court fails to conclude the same within the time indicated hereinabove, the trial court shall release the petitioner on appropriate terms and conditions considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
